SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant

- Lead client engagements and manage technical designs
- Define integration scope for HR implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams providing guidance
- Manage interface and integration development workflows
- Oversee testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Minimum 4 years of client-facing experience
- Proven background in SAP SuccessFactors and HR projects
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite
- Technical proficiency in XML, OData, and JSON
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client needs
