SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Manager

Your ability to lead client interactions will be essential for success. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and suggest tailored solutions
Configure and document SAP SuccessFactors modules
Develop functional specifications for enhancements
Participate in system testing and provide user training
Lead workshops to facilitate client understanding

Requirements:

Strong success in SAP SuccessFactors configuration
In-depth knowledge of integration points
Expertise with Microsoft Excel and Project
Completed 4 full cycles of SAP implementation
Leadership experience in consulting roles
