Compensation

• $80,000 – $90,000 base salary

The Opportunity

This role is suited for a developer ready to take ownership of meaningful components within a production environment.

You will contribute directly to product development, solve real-world challenges, and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing system performance.

Location & Work Model:
This role is based in Abbotsford, BC. The first three months are on-site to support onboarding, product training, and team integration. Following this period, the role transitions to hybrid work.

Position Description

• Support development and maintenance of software systems using C/C++
• Assist in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Contribute to documentation and system understanding
• Learn how software integrates with hardware and operational systems

Experience

• 1 to 2 years of software development experience
• Internship, co-op, or academic project experience considered

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Exposure to or foundational knowledge of C/C++ is required
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
