Join Canada’s National Ballet School as the Director of Financial Strategy and drive organizational success through strategic financial insight. Play a key role in enhancing decision-making and financial systems. As a vital member of the Senior Management team, you will report to the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer and collaborate with other senior leaders. This role emphasizes financial planning, analysis, and the evolution of systems to deliver insight and support organizational goals. You will modernize financial processes, partner with cross-functional leaders, and lead a talented finance team. Key Responsibilities:

Lead long-range planning and annual budgeting processes
Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with HR for integrated financial planning
Mentor finance staff and improve workflow efficiency
Oversee compliance and risk management strategies

Requirements:

10+ years of senior financial management experience
Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Strong leadership skills and commitment to inclusion
Ability to communicate complex financial data effectively
