De l'évaluation initiale à l'inspection finale, vous prenez en charge chaque projet avec rigueur et fierté.Vous coordonnez les travaux sur site, dirigez les équipes et assurez une exécution sécuritaire, efficace et de qualité. Vous gérez les échéanciers, les ressources et les communications tout en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle.Au quotidien, vous ajustez les plans en temps réel, veillez au respect des normes (incluant IICRC) et collaborez étroitement avec chargés de projets, sous-traitants et clients.Vous montrez l'exemple, renforcez la sécurité et assurez une documentation rigoureuse. You manage schedules, resources, and communication while delivering a strong client experience.Day to day, you adapt plans in real time, ensure compliance with company and IICRC standards, and collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients.You lead by example, reinforce safety, and maintain accurate documentation.
