Entry Level Customer Service (Work From Home)

We are seeking a motivated individual with strong customer service skills to join a well-established supplemental benefits organization that has been serving families for over 65 years. As we continue expanding into new territories, we are looking for dedicated Benefits Representatives who are driven, professional, and ready to grow with our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide helpful information to members regarding available products and services
- Answer questions related to coverage, benefits, and account details
- Stay informed on current and updated programs, products, and service options
- Review member needs and help identify suitable, cost-effective solutions
- Maintain a professional and supportive experience for every client interaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
