At Larca Custom Machining , we specialize in custom, build-to-print parts many of which we manufacture once and never see again. That means variety, challenge, and precision are part of every job. We rely on the experience and judgment of senior machinists who can navigate complex setups, contribute technical insight, and deliver top-quality parts with tight tolerances.
This isn't a push-button role. It's for true craftsmen people who love figuring things out, making smart decisions at the machine, and taking pride in their work.
We're growing and looking for senior-level machinists those who can take a part from blueprint to inspection, mentor others by example, and be part of a team that values collaboration, respect, and quality.

What You Bring: ? 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a custom, precision environment ? Strong skills in setups, changeovers, and on-the-fly problem solving? Ability to read and interpret complex prints and work to tight tolerances? Confidence editing G-code and M-code at the machine? Self-motivation, craftsmanship mindset, and pride in your work? Bonus: Experience with Mastercamplease highlight this in your resume!
What You'll Do:
- Set up and run CNC lathes and/or CNC mills from raw stock to finished part
- Interpret complex blueprints and tight GD&T specs
- Handle frequent setups and changeovers with confidence
- Edit G-code and M-code at the machine
- Use precision measuring tools to validate your own work
- Troubleshoot, think critically, and contribute to continuous improvement

Shifts Available: Day Shift : Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (early finish Fridays in the summer!) Night Shift : Monday-Thursday, 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM (3-day weekends, every week!)
