Inside Sales Associate for Leading Supplier

Join a top-tier supplier as an Inside Sales Associate, transforming complex product knowledge into clear recommendations. Your attention to detail will enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. This role requires managing customer sales orders and ensuring accurate data entry for order fulfillment. You will respond to inquiries regarding pricing and product availability, while also providing technical information to clients. Addressing customer complaints and upselling products will be part of your daily tasks, contributing to the company's reputation for exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer order information into the system
- Provide timely pricing and availability information
- Research and deliver non-complex technical information
- Address minor complaints and escalate issues accordingly
- Actively promote complementary products to increase sales
- College diploma and 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or distribution preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret technical product information
- Motivated and adaptable with a commitment to learning
