Short Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail oriented Executive Assistant to support our Executive Team in a fast paced, growing aerospace business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their work, and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism. The Excutive Assistant will play an intergral role in keeping leadership organized, informed, and operating efficiently. This position involves a blend of excellent organizational skills, executive support, preparing presentation, document preparation, and general administrative duties

Our Offering

• Competitive wages – range: $60,000 - 70,000 depending on education and experience;

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide high level executive administrative support to the Director of Engineering and Sales and Plant Manager and management team.
• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings, and site visits.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing communications including emails management, meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
• Travel Coordinator for Canada - implementation and maintenance of travel system; including training and assisting travellers.
• Administrator for local company cars and rental agreements.
• Prepare monthly briefings on Sales Performance Reviews and Operations Performance Reviews
• Support internal to shop floor employees and preparation of townhall content.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Act as an extension of the Executives, representing them with tact, courtesy and professionalism at all times.

Your Qualifications

• Post secondary education in Business Administration (or related field), or equivalent related work experience.
• 1 to 5 years of executive support experience in a fast paced setting.
• Professional, diplomatic and excellent communications.
• Collaborative with an ability to build relationships.
• Focused on client serviceexcellence, attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple active tasks and several conflicting deadlines.
