Product Specialist (Central - Western Canada ) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Neurovascular

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Product Specialist for the Neurovascular division covering Central-Western Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia). The role combines clinical sales support, territory management, and account oversight with primary care physicians and hospital systems.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales and market share objectives while managing defined territory strategically
Serve as primary contact for account management and hospital relationships across territory
Execute national, regional, and local sales and marketing strategies for Neurovascular products
Provide clinical support to customers on safe and effective use of product portfolio
Develop proposals and manage RFP/RFQ processes in response to customer needs

Requirements

University degree required; business, engineering, or health sciences preferred
Minimum two years healthcare/medical device sales experience or three years technical healthcare experience
Ability to understand and discuss complex clinical trials and related datasets
Superior written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Willingness to work in laboratory and operating room environments
Safe driving record per Johnson & Johnson SAFE Fleet guidelines; minimum 25% travel required
Results-driven, collaborative problem-solver comfortable in commission/bonus-driven environment
