Position Overview
The Site Manager is the on-site operational lead responsible for managing stocktaking activities, supervising field teams, coordinating with DND personnel, and ensuring successful completion of assigned task authorizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site project execution.
- Supervise contractor personnel.
- Coordinate daily stocktaking operations.
- Liaise with local DND representatives.
- Manage resource scheduling and productivity.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations.
- Monitor inventory management processes.
- Prepare weekly progress reports.
- Prepare task completion reports.
- Deliver final project briefings.
- Ensure quality, safety and compliance.
Qualifications
- Highschool or post-secondary graduation
- Eligible for Reliability Status and/or Secret Clearance
- 3+ years supervising 5+ personnel in supply or material management environments.
- 3+ years supply and material management experience.
- 3+ years SAP Material Management Module and/or DRMIS experience.

Responsabilités
- Diriger l’exécution des projets sur place.
- Superviser le personnel des entrepreneurs.
- Coordonner les opérations quotidiennes de prise d’inventaire.
- Assurer la liaison avec les représentants locaux du DND.
- Gérer la planification des ressources et la productivité.
- Résoudre les problèmes opérationnels et gérer les situations nécessitant une intervention.
- Surveiller les processus de gestion des stocks.
- Préparer les rapports hebdomadaires sur l’avancement des travaux.
- Préparer les rapports d’achèvement des tâches.
- Présenter les comptes rendus finaux des projets.
- Veiller à la qualité, à la sécurité et au respect des exigences.
Qualifications
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou diplôme d’études postsecondaires.
- Être admissible à l’obtention de la cote de fiabilité et/ou de l’habilitation de sécurité de niveau Secret.
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans la supervision de 5 personnes ou plus dans des environnements de gestion de l’approvisionnement ou du matériel.
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de l’approvisionnement et du matériel.
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience avec le module de gestion des articles de SAP et/ou le DRMIS .
