Medical Office Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist

River Heights Medical Clinic is a modern, collaborative facility dedicated to exceptional patient care and a supportive staff environment. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and patient-focused Part-Time MOA / Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:Patient Services: Greet and register patients; answer/direct phone calls; schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments; manage patient flow.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in Med Access EMR; process referrals, requisitions, and forms; manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and faxes; scan and file documents.
Clinical Support: Prepare and stock exam rooms; assist with basic patient intake (demographics, vitals if trained) Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant or Medical Receptionist.
Med Access EMR experience (Required).
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with computers; strong attention to detail. Work Schedule & Offer:
Hours: Part-time (2-3 shifts/week, Mon-Fri between 8:00 AM 4:30 PM). Flexibility to cover extra shifts as needed. Benefits: Supportive team environment and ongoing learning.
