Position Overview:

As a Cashier & Front Line Team Member, you'll be the face of The Poke Bowl—welcoming guests, building bowls to order, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide exceptional service
• Accurately take orders and process payments at the register
• Guide guests through our menu and help them customize their poke bowls or nori burritos
• Prepare ingredients and assemble bowls with attention to presentation and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front line, dining area, and workstations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations and a great guest experience

• Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person!

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
