Multilingual Customer Support Representative

CanTalk (Canada) Inc. is currently hiring Seasonal Multilingual Customer Support Representatives for immediate summer openings.
· French
· Arabic
· Spanish
This is an in-person seasonal opportunity supporting online ticketing and customer service operations for theme parks and event services.
Position Details
· Seasonal Term: June 15th, 2026 – November 1st, 2026
· Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
· Hours based on operational needs and call volumes
· Availability required between 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM, including weekdays and weekends
· Hourly rate: $16.00 CAD
· In-person position located at 70 Arthur St #250, Winnipeg, MB
Mandatory Training
· June 15th & 16th, 2026 – Online via Microsoft Teams
· June 17th – 19th, 2026 – In person at our Winnipeg office
· Training Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound customer service calls related to online ticket purchases and event services
· Assist customers experiencing technical or account-related issues
· Troubleshoot and resolve ticketing platform concerns
· Provide professional customer support in English and the target language
· Use internet-based software and web platforms to support customers
· Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or alternatives
Qualifications
· Excellent communication skills in English and either French, Arabic, or Spanish
· Strong customer service and active listening skills
· Professional phone etiquette
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Reliable and punctual
Requirements
· Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
