Part-Time Evening and Weekend Nanny for Young Family

We are two busy parents looking for a part-time nanny to help with our two young children, ages 2 months and 2 years. We are looking for someone who can provide an extra set of hands during the busy evening routine, with responsibilities focused mainly on the children. This would include helping care for the kids, feeding them dinner, assisting with bath time, helping with bedtime, and doing light child-related tidying where needed. We are hoping to start with support 2 to 3 weekday evenings per week, approximately 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. As we build comfort and the right relationship, there may also be opportunities for weekend hours and occasional additional days when we need extra help or a break. We do not have much family support nearby, so we are looking for someone who can grow with our family and become a trusted long-term partner in helping us care for our children.
