Hours are estimated to be:approx 24 hours per week

Expected hourly pay range:$19.80

Job Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leadto assist with leading towards success at our shop in White Oaks Mall. The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and according to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will guide the staff; however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.

This permanent part-time position requires full availability for weekdays, evenings and weekends throughout the year.

You will be a good fit if you are: 

• Passionate about chocolate and have leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry
• Self-motivated and driven for results, enthusiastic about selling a quality product
• Dedicated to providing a great customer experience
• Energetic and enjoy meeting new people
• Excited about working with a team, building a career and growing within Purdys Chocolatier
• Available for all types of shifts, year round.
• Candidates must have flexible availability on an ongoing basis, as this is a permanent role. This role is not suitable for someone who’s availability may change in the near future.
