Service Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibility:

Vickar Automotive Group is recruiting a Service Desk Receptionist to join our friendly team to answer phones, greet customers, provide repair updates and other administrative tasks while learning the industry.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Schedule or re-schedule customer appointments
• Handle all customer interactions with patience and integrity, providing general business information, service options and repair updates, and directing them to other appropriate staff as needed
• Keep accurate files and records of customer information and services provided.
• Ensure the administration area is neat, clean, and free of open confidential customer information
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid MB driver's license
• Office administration experience with knowledge of MS applications
• Patience, consideration and tact in all interactions with customers
• Organizational, multi-tasking and time management abilities for periods of high workload
• Must be a reliable team player with strong work ethic and integrity
