Strategic Business Development Manager Role

Make an impact at Bimbo Canada as a Strategic Business Development Manager for food service in Etobicoke. Focus on identifying opportunities and driving sales growth effectively. As a key player, you will implement strategic initiatives and work on expanding Bimbo Canada's presence in the food service market. You are responsible for fostering impactful relationships and managing customer accounts proactively. Your leadership skills will enable you to guide teams towards achieving the company’s revenue objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate sales strategies for growth and profitability
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers for account management
- Analyze customer financials for improving P&L management
- Advocate for collaboration on national strategies
- Track business plans and coach the sales team effectively
- Degree in business administration, sales, or a related discipline
- 5+ years in sales, ideally in CPG or food service
- Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with stakeholders at various levels
- Essential skills in Microsoft Office; bilingualism is a plus
