City Launch Lead: Build Markets & Community
Brodie
Brodie League is seeking a City Launcher in Toronto to expand our market. You will recruit at least 24 founding captains in your first season, source and validate venues, fill the gym, and run launch events while becoming the face of Brodie in your city.
This role blends community development, sales, and growth marketing. You will build a local network, negotiate venues, manage CRM metrics, and collaborate with operations and brand teams to create a repeatable launch playbook for future cities.
