UPS Field Service Area Manager Role

Pearce Services

Lead a skilled team in maintaining critical power systems as an Area Manager at Pearce. This role requires strong UPS expertise and focuses on technician development and customer satisfaction. As an Area Manager for Pearce, you will oversee field technicians in the Central Southwestern Region. Your responsibilities include ensuring service quality, executing safe field operations, and resolving service issues. Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills are necessary to mentor technicians and uphold high performance standards. Key Responsibilities:

Lead field technicians servicing UPS systems and critical power equipment
Conduct field visits for skill assessments and coaching
Review maintenance documentation for quality and improvements
Build and manage technician training and onboarding plans
Address scheduling and emergency response coordination with dispatch

Requirements:

Hands-on knowledge of UPS systems and electrical equipment
Experience leading technicians in a customer-focused environment
Proven background in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
