Lead Business Analyst Remote Insurtech

CoverGo is seeking a passionate Lead Business Analyst with at least seven years of experience in a BA role, preferably within the insurance or insurtech industry. You'll collaborate with clients to identify business challenges, direct report team members, and ensure effective documentation processes are maintained. - Identify business problems and develop analytical solutions
- Produce Functional Specifications for system development
- Lead Business Analysts to enhance their skills
- Create and document workflows and processes
- Conduct process assessments for efficiency improvements
- Degree in Business, IT, or relevant field
- Minimum 7 years in a Business Analyst role
- Experience in insurance or insurtech required
- Agile/Scrum project management experience
- Strong communication skills in English
