MRO Coordinator at Maple Leaf Foods

Elevate your career as an MRO Coordinator with Maple Leaf Foods, where you'll manage inventory and support maintenance needs. This role emphasizes strategic inventory management in a fast-paced industrial setting. As an experienced MRO specialist with at least three years in inventory management, you will report directly to the MRO Leader. You'll apply MRO best practices, oversee warehousing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A diploma in supply management, finance, or business is essential, while a university degree is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory levels and assess unscheduled downtime
- Collaborate with teams to ensure all necessary parts are available
- Process returned parts based on established reasons
- Conduct inventory counts and manage hazardous waste
- Verify received parts and ensure quality compliance
- Minimum three years in inventory or purchasing management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMM systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a cold manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures
