- Gérer le personnel et assigner les tâches
- Examiner les études de marché et les tendances de consommation pour déterminer la demande, le chiffre d'affaires possible et l'incidence de la concurrence sur les ventes
- Déterminer les produits et les services à vendre
- Établir les prix et les politiques de crédit
- Repérer, choisir et se procurer de la marchandise qui sera revendue
- Élaborer et diriger des stratégies de commercialisation
- Planifier des budgets et surveiller les revenus et les dépenses
- Déterminer les besoins en personnel
- Résoudre les problèmes qui peuvent survenir, y compris les demandes des clients, les plaintes et les ruptures d'approvisionnement
- Recruter, embaucher et superviser le personnel et/ou des bénévoles
- Superviser l'administration de la paye
- Planifier, organiser, diriger, contrôler et évaluer les opérations journalières
- Participe à une initiative ou à un programme gouvernemental ou communautaire d'aide aux personnes handicapées
- Offre des opportunités de mentorat, de coaching et/ou de réseautage aux personnes handicapées
- Offre au personnel des formations de sensibilisation afin de créer un environnement de travail accueillant pour les personnes handicapées
- Applique des politiques de recrutement accessibles et inclusives qui conviennent aux personnes handicapées
- Participe à une initiative ou à un programme gouvernemental ou communautaire d'aide aux nouveaux arrivants et/ou aux réfugiés
- Aide à répondre aux besoins immédiats des nouveaux arrivants et/ou des réfugiés en matière d'établissement (par exemple : logement, transport, entreposage, service de garde, vêtements d'hiver, etc.)
- Appuie l'intégration à la société et au marché du travail des nouveaux arrivants et/ou des réfugiés (par exemple : facilite l'accès à diverses ressources communautaires, à des cours de langue, à de la formation professionnelle, etc.)
- Embauche des nouveaux arrivants et/ou des réfugiés ayant été déplacés après un conflit ou une catastrophe naturelle (par exemple : Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)
- Accompagne les nouveaux arrivants et/ou les réfugiés dans la reconnaissance des titres de compétences étrangers
- Offre des programmes de mentorat effectuant le jumelage de nouveaux arrivants et/ou de réfugiés avec des employés d'expérience
- Présente des formations sur la diversité et le multiculturalisme pour créer un milieu de travail accueillant pour les nouveaux arrivants et/ou les réfugiés
- Ne demande aucune expérience de travail au Canada
- Participe à une initiative ou à un programme gouvernemental ou communautaire d'aide à l'embauche des jeunes
- Offre des formations en cours d'emploi adaptée aux jeunes
- Offre des opportunités de mentorat, de coaching et/ou de réseautage aux jeunes
- Offre au personnel des formations de sensibilisation afin de créer un environnement de travail accueillant pour les jeunes
- Participe à une initiative ou à un programme gouvernemental ou communautaire d'aide aux Autochtones
- Offre des opportunités de mentorat, de coaching et/ou de réseautage aux travailleurs Autochtones
- Développe et entretient des relations avec les communautés autochtones, les entreprises et les organisations appartenant à des Autochtones
- Offre au personnel des formations sur les compétences culturelles et/ou des formations de sensibilisation afin de créer un environnement de travail accueillant pour les travailleurs Autochtones
- Facilite l'accès aux aînés qui peuvent offrir soutien et conseils aux travailleurs Autochtones
- Participe à une initiative ou à un programme gouvernemental ou communautaire d'aide aux membres des minorités visibles
- Applique des politiques d'embauche qui découragent la discrimination envers les membres des minorités visibles (par exemple : anonymiser le processus de recrutement, etc.)
- Offre des programmes de mentorat effectuant le jumelage des membres des minorités visibles avec des employés d'expérience
- Présente des formations sur la diversité et le multiculturalisme pour créer un milieu de travail accueillant pour les membres des minorités visibles
