Tech Sales Specialist

Job Responsibility:
SUMMARY:
We are a computer sales, service and support business that specializes in building custom computers, selling parts and all sorts of computer accessories. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate technology specialist to join our team as a retail sales and technology advisor. The ideal candidate should have a love for PC gaming and be up on the latest technology trends. Are your friends and family always asking you for tech advice? You might be the perfect candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support in-store full time Monday to Friday.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and accessories to meet their needs
- Advise customers on technical matters and recommend appropriate computer configurations, products and accessories to meet their needs.
- Keep up to date with the latest technology and investigate new items and make recommendations for purchasing products.
- Check inventory to ensure orders are in stock.
- Takes orders over the phone and in person.
- Prepare estimates for clients for custom computer configurations.
- Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.
- Demonstrate product features before a sale.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong passion and knowledge of PC gaming and technology
- Proven track record of sales success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work well both in a team environment and independently as required
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift and move product up to 50lbs.
- Self-motivated and a quick learner
