  • Developing creative briefs, build campaign wireframes, coordinate QA/UAT, and oversee deployment from concept through launch

  • Partnering closely with Global Lifecycle, CRM, and Technology teams to leverage shared platforms, segmentation frameworks, and automation capabilities while ensuring regional relevance

  • Supporting regional email capture initiatives and listing growth strategies to grow the addressable audience

  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities through testing, reporting, and guest insights

  • Contributing to experimentation initiatives that improve engagement, conversion, and regional business performance

  • Supporting CRM platform enhancements and new automation capabilities in partnership with Global teams

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications or a related field

  • You have 3+ years’ experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing

  • You can work autonomously, while collaborating with others during daily meetings and standups

  • You are able to effectively manage projects, including management of schedules, asset delivery, changes to scope, and resources

  • Attention to detail is one of your key strengths

  • Experience building and deploying CRM campaigns and marketing automations using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign execution, triggered programs, segmentation, and QA

  • You have demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes

  • You understand best practices for email creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content and A/B testing methodologies to improve channel performance

  • Highly skilled in Figma, HTML, CSS, and UX design

  • You are always thinking in the shoes of the customer / consumer

  • You balance regional business needs with global standards, ensuring localized experiences while contributing to scalable CRM best practices

  • You are innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving

  • You are a strong communicator who can work with cross functional teams from other channels of the business

  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity

  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
