Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Canadian Payroll Systems. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives and developing effective marketing strategies to promote our payroll solutions. This position is vital in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service and value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Generating leads through various methods (networking, referrals).
- Presenting and demonstrating our payroll solutions to clients, highlighting and addressing their needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Participating in marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Understanding the company's payroll services and how they can be customized to meet different business needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
- Generating reports on sales performance and client activity.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales, including client interactions, follow-ups, and closed deals.
- Using CRM software to manage client information and track leads.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems (e.g. CRM , payroll systems)
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the software or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Experience with Acrobat a must.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A solid understanding of payroll laws and regulations would be a definite plus.
