Job Description: This position is responsible for performing various key functions within the infrastructure, information, and support portfolios. Responsible for ongoing planning, coordination, implementation of assigned projects, managing project timelines, and approved scope/budget using the corporate project management framework. Support small local/large provincial scale projects, development of functional requirements, scope development, feasibility, risk analysis, scheduling, system/application ability, staging, reporting, approvals and finance tracking/management. Leads in project management, business care development, requirement gathering, risk assessment, gap analysis and communications for assigned projects. Manage workflow and business process changes to ensure success and optimization of new/existing projects within digital health and throughout SHA. Accountable for the provision of effective project management practices to ensure efficient utilization of all clinical systems/resources.

Experience

• Experience in a related area
• 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

• Business Administration diploma is acceptable
• Additional training and/or education in leadership/management is an asset
• Diploma in a health related field is acceptable
• Health Information Management diploma acceptable
