• Managing high-volume accounts payable processing efficiently and accurately
• Processing vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner
• Performing thorough and accurate credit card reconciliations
• Executing scheduled check runs
• Resolving any payment discrepancies and responding to vendor inquiries professionally
• Maintaining highly organized and up-to-date AP records and documentation
Qualifications• Minimum 2-3 years of Accounts Payable, with experience handling high-volume processing
• Demonstrated proficiency in processing payments, performing check runs, and completing credit card reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage time effectively
• ERP experience (eg. Sage 300, SAP, Epicor, etc)
• Availability and willingness to work fully onsite in Burlington, Ontario Summary
