- Lead negotiations for complex commercial transactions
- Draft and review NDAs, SaaS agreements, and other agreements
- Provide legal guidance on privacy and cybersecurity matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance legal processes
- Oversee relationships with outside counsel and manage legal spend
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership
- 10+ years of commercial legal experience
- Expertise in B2B SaaS and technology contracts
- Strong negotiating and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage complex legal matters independently
