Expert Analyst in Healthcare IT Infrastructure and Security

Shape the future of healthcare IT as an Expert Analyst specializing in infrastructure and security systems. Manage high-availability systems and ensure robust network operations tailored to healthcare requirements. In this permanent, full-time role, you will oversee a diverse set of systems and support extensive user networks across numerous sites. Your expertise with Cisco and Aruba will be critical in configuring equipment and providing high-level documentation. Alongside your collaborative responsibilities, you'll tackle troubleshooting and optimization tasks to enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize network infrastructure performance
- Implement high-availability systems and upgrades
- Configure and produce solutions for telecom devices
- Conduct documentation for effective operations
- Assist in training and supervising interns where applicable
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or comparable field
- IT certification from a recognized authority
- Mastery of L2/L3 protocols and networking hardware
- Willingness to provide after-hours support as needed
- Bilingual with customer service expertise
