Director of Sales Leadership
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc.
Lead sales strategy at Konica Minolta as Director of Sales, using competitive selling and account management expertise to guide branch performance.
This leadership position directs Sales Managers and steers the sales department toward organizational goals. You will oversee value-added selling, strategic meetings, customer demonstrations, and performance reporting. The role also includes recruiting, sales workshops, coaching, and quarterly business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Managers toward daily activity goals
- Oversee value-added sales and discount levels
- Review performance, forecasts, and branch strategies
- Conduct customer demonstrations supporting sales efforts
- Submit Quarterly Business Plans to the VP
Requirements:
- At least seven years in office products sales
- At least two years in sales management
- Competitive selling and account management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and personal vehicle
