Description du poste
Contrat à durée déterminée – 6 mois
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la structuration des travaux UX, la recherche utilisateur et la définition de solutions à forte valeur ajoutée, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produit (PO, CPO) et les parties prenantes métier.
Responsabilités principales
- Piloter et organiser l’ensemble des activités de design UX (recherche, ateliers, interviews, conception)
- Mener des interviews utilisateurs et des activités de recherche UX afin de comprendre les besoins, irritants et usages
- Animer et faciliter des ateliers de co‑conception et de réflexion produit
- Contribuer à l’identification et à la priorisation des problématiques à plus forte valeur business
- Analyser les travaux UX existants sur différents projets afin de :
- synthétiser les besoins utilisateurs
- prioriser les actions permettant d’optimiser et de faciliter le travail des utilisateurs
- Concevoir de nouveaux concepts UI répondant à des besoins spécifiques
- Formuler des recommandations d’amélioration de l’interface existante pour :
- s’adapter aux besoins actuels des utilisateurs
- favoriser l’adoption de la solution
- Contribuer aux démonstrations, présentations et à la documentation destinées aux utilisateurs et aux clients afin de renforcer l’image du produit
- Accompagner le PO et le CPO dans l’élaboration et l’évolution de la vision stratégique du produit
Livrables attendus
- Rapport d’analyse du corpus de design existant
- Rapport de synthèse des ateliers et interviews utilisateurs
- Documentation des besoins fonctionnels et des exigences UX / fonctionnalités
- Propositions de concepts UI et recommandations d’amélioration
Qualifications
Profil recherché
- Expérience significative en UX Design , idéalement dans un environnement produit numérique (B2B ou SaaS)
- Capacité démontrée à mener des recherches utilisateurs (interviews, ateliers, analyses)
- Excellentes compétences en animation d’ateliers et en communication avec des parties prenantes variées
- Forte capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Sens aigu de la valeur business et de l’impact utilisateur
- À l’aise dans un environnement collaboratif et pluridisciplinaire
- Autonomie, leadership et esprit de structuration
- La maîtrise du français est requise ; l’anglais est un atout
