Speedwash is bringing an exciting, high-tech car wash experience to Colwood, and we're searching for an energetic Car Wash Manager to lead the charge. We are looking for someone who has at least 2-3 years of successful management experience.

In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you'll oversee a team of 10-12 energetic staff, ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences. We value hard work, professionalism, leadership, and a positive attitudeif that sounds like you, we want you on our team!
Our Ideal Candidate will have a Management background, along with strong general mechanical knowledge and a desire to learn more. We are also looking for someonen who has the following skill sets:
- Minimum 2 years of successful management experience in retail, sales, or customer service, with a strong ability to lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
- Passion for team growth and development, with experience in recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting employees to build a high-performing team.
- A can-do mindset that inspires and uplifts the team, with the ability to stay composed under pressure and focus on solutions, not problems.
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression, and handling customer concerns professionally.
- Hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- A strong mechanical background, including basic knowledge of pumps, motors, lighting systems, and chemical dispensing units, with the ability to work with vendors and technicians to coordinate maintenance and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proficient in Excel and automated business systems for tracking performance, scheduling, and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Experience in managing daily business operations, ensuring productivity, and implementing best practices to maintain high standards.
- Willingness to adapt to a 24/7 business environment, step in when needed, and provide weekend or emergency support to keep operations running smoothly.

- Tackle challenges, handle feedback, and resolve issues with care.
- Keep the facility spotless and up to our high-quality standards.
- Work closely with our technical team to maintain equipment efficiency.
- Track performance metrics and use data to make impactful improvements.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year (dependant on previous experience and annual performance assessments that will correlate to the raise you receive).
