Conseiller Soutien Technique (Saint-Liboire)

Sogetel est en pleine croissance et est à la recherche d'un Conseiller au soutien technique pour compléter son équipe au bureau de St‑Liboire. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein (40 heures), avec possibilité de télétravail.
Responsabilités Répondre aux appels des clients avec votre plus belle voix.
Être la personne ressource pour dépanner par téléphone lorsqu'ils font face à un problème technique.
Utiliser votre patience et votre sens de l'écoute pour trouver la bonne solution et rassurer chaque personne.
Guider le client dans les différentes étapes techniques (configuration ou programmation à distance).
