This role requires over five years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate will excel in custom application development and stakeholder collaboration, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
You will focus on configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations while participating in architectural discussions and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom ServiceNow solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows and applications
- Develop technical documentation and specifications
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to governance standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Robust background in CSM or CRM/SOM modules
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM (CIS-CSM)
- Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow integrations
