- Utiliser des presseuses, des cisailles et d'autres machines à former les métaux et des machines à redresser et à cintrer les métaux
- Ajuster des pièces de métal, les redresser au chalumeau et les braser
- Utiliser des appareils de coupage oxyarc, procédé AOC
- Déterminer l'habilité de soudure des matériaux
- Utiliser des dispositifs de levage
- Utiliser des machines à souder à commandes réglables, afin de fabriquer ou réparer des éléments de métal
- Participer à l'entretien et à la réparation des machines à souder et à braser
- Certificat en Systèmes d'information sur les matières dangereuses en milieu de travail (SIMDUT)
