BRC Detail Manager

Job Responsibility:
Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Manager, Birchwood Reconditioning Centre.
Job Summary:
The BRC Detail Manager will be based out of the Birchwood Reconditioning Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the detailing productivity. While managing a team of detailers, the BRC Detail Manager will oversee department workflow, payroll, and inventory control. Within the Birchwood Reconditioning Centre, quality control will be the primary focus to ensure the highest commitment to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous detailing experience.
Shift Details: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Previous detailing or Production Management experience would be considered an asset
- Excellent time management, ability to prioritize, and multi-tasking skills a must.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license, clean driving record, and transportation to and from work required.
