You will handle full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, emphasizing New Age Technologies and Engineering hires. Your data-driven approach and expertise in stakeholder engagement will contribute to our rapid growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
- Manage multiple requisitions ensuring timely quality hiring
- Conduct behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate fit
- Apply advanced sourcing techniques for talent mapping
- Collaborate with hiring managers on requirements and processes
- 7+ years of IT recruitment experience in US/Canada
- Proficient in modern sourcing techniques and ATS
- Excellent English communication skills
- Target-driven and detail-oriented
- Cross-regional hiring experience preferred
