Operations Manager

Position Summary

They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline daily operations, improve efficiency, and ensure the highest quality standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage budgets to achieve cost efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams to maximize productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement operational solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in operational software and tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, Microsoft Excel).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
• Experience with process optimization, lean management, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial management and reporting.
