Canada Inside Sales Manager

Job Responsibility:
OVERVIEW We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills , is a vibrant, upbeat person who is also very organised.
POSITION DIRECTION
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our market-leading branded products, establishing strong business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your designated territory. You will be in direct communication with retail buyers and retail staff members. You are required to service and support both existing customers and discovering new business opportunities. You will be responsible for processing orders using our CRM system, providing product knowledge, communicating promotions, and coordinating education where valuable.
DUTIES
- Execute a comprehensive call cycle across 250+ independent Canadian accounts to meet and exceed distribution and sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products through phone and email communication
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer support to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, including their uses, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance through the CRM system.
- Prepare monthly sales analysis reports and scorecard reviews to track progress and report to management.
- Prepare monthly upcoming sales strategy reports to achieve deal and revenue targets, including call cycles.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in inside sales or sales related position.
- Experience in the natural products market, preferably within vitamins, supplements, and beauty care.
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong communication skills
