Description du poste

L’associé(e) du comptoir des entrepreneurs a pour responsabilité de gérer les relations avec nos clients entrepreneurs. Ils sont chargés de stimuler les ventes en proposant des solutions fondées sur l’intégralité des produits offerts chez Home Dépôt. Répondre aux besoins des entrepreneurs est une priorité absolue et les candidats à ce poste doivent posséder des connaissances de base dans le domaine de la construction et de la rénovation résidentielle. Ils sont de véritables ambassadeurs mobiles en magasin et doivent activement rechercher de nouveaux entrepreneurs potentiels directement sur le plancher de vente. Bref, leur but principal est d’établir des liens durables avec les entrepreneurs qui visitent nos magasins afin de poursuivre la croissance des nouveaux comptes et de générer des clients potentiels.

Expériences et compétences recherchées

D’excellentes aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles et en informatique.
Les candidats doivent accepter de travailler selon un horaire flexible, du lundi au samedi entre 6h AM et 18h PM
Ce poste requiert d’être actif et debout, ainsi que de monter sur des échelles et de soulever des charges.
Le candidat idéal possède de l’expérience dans la vente, le commerce de détail et l’industrie de la rénovation résidentielle.
Pouvoir soulever une charge pouvant peser jusqu’à 23 kg (50 lb), seul ou avec l’aide d’un(e) collègue .
Porter attention aux détails et faire preuve d’autonomie, tout en sachant travailler en équipe.
