## Job Overview
Location: CHINGUACOUSY PARK 9050 Bramalea Rd, Brampton
Date: Friday August 30 - Sunday September 1, 2024
Join our team as a Food Truck Staff member and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can showcase your skills in the food industry. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a mobile food service setting.
## Responsibilities- Assist in food preparation and cooking on the food truck- Handle cash transactions accurately- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of the food truck- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
## Skills- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices- Experience in the food industry or similar role is a plus- Ability to sanitate work areas to meet health standards- Prior experience with cash handling is beneficial- Familiarity with restaurant operations and food service procedures- Excellent customer service skills to interact with a diverse clientele
