OpenText's Cloud Services organization is looking for a Principal Artificial Intelligence Engineer to drive the development of innovative AI solutions. You will be pivotal in defining agent architecture and implementing AI tools that elevate IT Service Management. Collaborate across teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI agents with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities: - Design agentic AI solutions tailored for IT Operations - Define best practices and reference agents for AI initiatives - Implement AI agents with cloud capabilities for high scalability - Automate and monitor AI deployments in production environments - Evaluate agent responses and ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements: - 2+ years in AI agent development, minimum 5 years in Software Engineering - Preferred Master's degree in AI or related field - Proficient in Python and various AI frameworks - Knowledge of cloud services and container orchestration - Bilingual in French and English for global client support
