Lead Microsoft solution design and Scrum delivery as a Senior Solutions Designer and Lead Developer for hosted technology applications. Translate requirements into tested components.This senior consultant designs hosted solutions using OPS specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models. The work combines senior development, Scrum mastery, business analysis, and application delivery. You will support applications hosted by LTC while meeting business requirements and project deliverables.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Scrum development, standups, demos, and review meetingsTranslate business requirements into configurable application componentsPrepare technical plans, schedules, test plans, and change communicationsEstablish build processes, scripts, and deployment guidanceOversee integration, architecture, reuse, and performance recommendationsRequirements:
Experience with .NET, .NET Core, Angular, and ASP.NET MVCExperience developing Azure PaaS, SQL services, and Web APIsExperience with CI/CD, unit testing, and test automationExperience with microservices, containers, SQL, XML, and Microsoft web servicesStrong analytical, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skillsApply senior development, Scrum leadership, Microsoft technologies, and business analysis to deliver hosted applications for LTC.
