What We’re Looking For

3+ years of bartending experience
Previous supervisory experience is an asset
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong organization and attention to detail
Passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience

Responsibilities

Lead and support the bar team during service
Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation
Ensure the bar is properly stocked, organized, and clean
Train and coach bartenders
Help manage service flow and bar operations
Monitor guest experience and service standards
Assist management with inventory and beverage controls
