- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities with government, Indigenous, and enterprise customers.
- Provide strategic insight to Northwestel's executive team on regional priorities, opportunities, and emerging issues.
The ideal candidate is a respected relationship builder with a deep understanding of Nunavut's political, cultural, and economic landscape. You have experience working with governments, Inuit organizations, and communities, and are passionate about creating long-term benefits for Nunavummiut.
The ability to speak, read, and write Inuktitut is highly desirable and will be considered a significant asset. Candidates with strong ties to Nunavut and established relationships throughout the territory are strongly encouraged to apply.

- A proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build trusted relationships.
- Experience working with Indigenous governments, organizations, and communities.
- Knowledge of Nunavut's unique opportunities, priorities, and operating environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluency in Inuktitut is considered a significant asset.
