Experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in automotive, manufacturing, or other similarly regulated environments will be supported through structured onboarding and training, and are strongly encouraged to apply.What You'll Do HereReporting to the Project Manager or Area Manager, the Project Coordinator will support the successful delivery of assigned project scopes by:Coordinating project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across engineering, construction, quality, safety, and procurementTracking progress, risks, action items, and dependencies; escalating issues as requiredSupporting development and maintenance of work packages, plans, and execution documentationCoordinating procurement activities, including material readiness, tracking, and documentationPreparing project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and presentations for internal and client stakeholdersSupporting field execution activities, including readiness, shift reporting, and close‑out documentationAssisting with project controls, cost tracking, and change managementPromoting a strong safety culture and adherence to quality and regulatory requirements SkillsSkills & Experience That Transfer Well to NuclearProgram or project coordination supporting engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teamsExperience with structured schedules, milestones, and change controlManaging documentation, configuration, and compliance in regulated environmentsReporting project performance, risks, and KPIs to senior stakeholdersCoordinating multi-trade or multidiscipline project scopesSupporting CAPEX projects, plant upgrades, shutdowns, or complex installationsManaging schedules, materials, vendors, and deliverables in safety-critical environmentsWorking within formal quality, safety, and procedural frameworks What You Bring To The Table3-5+ years of experience supporting technically complex projects, processes, or programs, including schedule integration, document control and records management, reporting, and cross‑functional stakeholder coordination across multidisciplinary teamsExperience in automotive, manufacturing or similarly regulated / safety-critical environmentsProcess-driven with a strong organization and prioritization skills, with experience navigating multiple stakeholders and dependenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience using project scheduling, tracking using commercial or in‑house project management systems, or enterprise project control systems is an asset; ability to quickly learn new tools and systems as requiredPostsecondary education in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Business, or other technical related fields)Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance for work on nuclear projects Attributes for Success in NuclearDemonstrates professionalism, accountability, and commitment to safety and quality.Comfortable working within structured processes, procedures, and governance frameworks.Willingness to learn and adapt within a highly regulated nuclear environment.Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
