Day in the Life
Become the backbone of our paving crew. From laying down the black gold to smoothing it out like a pro, you'll be the driving force behind creating smooth, durable roads that stand the test of time. Get ready to use your rake, shovel, and roller with finesse as you transform ordinary streets into sleek avenues. Whether it's hauling materials, wielding power tools like a pro, or mastering the art of asphalt equipment, everyday brings a new adventure.
Safety will always be your number one priority as you adhere to protocols, wear PPE, keep a keen eye out for any potential hazards, communicate effectively, and promote an overall safe culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined
- Previous construction, operating, and paving experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid G/G2 driver's license and clean driving abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
