Turnaround Planner
Airswift
Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for a TA Planner to join their team on a 1-year contract in Calgary (travel required).

- s.Identify critical path activities and optimize shutdown timeline
- s.Ensure all required parts, materials, and resources are available prior to executio
n.

- ts.Troubleshoot issues in real time and adjust plans to maintain schedule integri
- ty.Monitor field progress and ensure work is executed according to plan and standar

Qualifications & Exper

- ired:5+ years of hands-on mechanical experience in industrial environments (e.g., oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, or po
- wer).3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, turnaround planning, or schedu
- ling.Proven ability to develop detailed job plans and work pack
- ages.Strong understanding of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and maintenance proce
- sses.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and coordinate t
