Your expertise will guide a high-performing engineering team, creating innovative solutions for identity verification challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the identity verification lifecycle with accuracy and compliance
- Design systems for KYC obligations and risk-based due diligence
- Drive AI automation to enhance KYC/KYB decision-making
- Mentor engineering team, improving performance and reliability
- Lead customer and regulatory escalations translating complex scenarios
- 8–10+ years in engineering, 3+ years managing engineers
- Deep backend engineering and system reliability expertise
- Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot and Python/Airflow
- Proven track record in KYC/KYB automation initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
